Car drivers have good reason to be pleased: Until 31st December, 2009 the state assists them with 330 Euro in case they retrofit their cars with particulate filters. As a result the particle emissions are reduced so that the car is classified in such a way that it is in a better emission category  a significant contribution to eco-friendliness.
