Beginning Seotember 18th 2010 Toyota starts marketing in Germany the second Hybrid next to the Prius: The Auris. „This is not just an ordinary premiere but a milestone for the company!“ phrased a Toyota spokesman. Why it is the Auris being combined with the Prius powertrain is quite reasonable: Due to high traffic attendence compact cars have a much better awareness and therefore create the image of a brand.
